Neel is a software engineer on the XR Developer Architecture team at Facebook/Oculus, specializing in graphics and systems. An avid technologist, he knew he had to get into VR from the moment he tried his first DK2 app in 2015. He received his Bachelor's and Master's in Computer Science from Stanford University, where he took an active role in on-campus VR-related activities, serving as Vice President of the Stanford XR Club. In his time at Oculus, he's worked most closely on the Unity Engine subsystems for Oculus, including on Vulkan support and the new XR Plugin system, as well as latency minimization in the VR rendering pipelines.

J.J. is an XR Engineer at Unity, focusing on the Unity Oculus integration. Prior to Unity, J.J. worked on enterprise VR at Envelop VR. He has been directly involved with VR/AR for the past 6+ years. Prior to focusing on VR, J.J. was an engine and gameplay programmer in the games industry, with 20+ years of experience, and titles shipped on PC and 3 generations of consoles.
